1. Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The item received is damaged

• The item received is defective

• The item received is incorrect (wrong product, size, or color)

To be eligible for a return:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

• Proof of the issue (clear photos or videos) must be provided

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Wrong size selected by the customer

• Normal wear and tear

• Delays caused by the courier

• Clearance or discounted items
