Cancellation Policy

At ShoeSpot.gm, we understand that circumstances can change. This policy explains when you can cancel an order.

Standard Orders

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer want the product after dispatch or delivery, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

We cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be processed if the order has already been prepared or dispatched.

Cash on Delivery Orders

Cash-on-Delivery orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

If you are no longer able to receive your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to cancel the delivery before it is dispatched.

Repeatedly placing and refusing Cash-on-Delivery orders may result in restrictions on future Cash-on-Delivery orders.

Pre-Orders

If ShoeSpot offers pre-order products in the future, the cancellation terms for those products will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, pre-order cancellation requests should be made before the order enters processing.

Refunds for Prepaid Orders

If an eligible prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, any applicable refund will be processed using the appropriate payment method or refund arrangement available to ShoeSpot.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, contact ShoeSpot customer support as soon as possible.

• Reason for cancellation
